Ireland used to have its own time zone, which was hanged in 1916 by English Parliamentary decree, by a factor of 25 minutes and 21 seconds. This resulted in an accumulated loss of 909,125 minutes over the last 100 years. ‘909,125 minutes later’ is an outline of some of the uses for some of those lost minutes. Concept by John Waid, book produced by Chloe Brenan, illustrations by Marc Reilly and letterpress printing by Distillers Press, for EVA 2016.
Purchased at the Dublin Art Book Fair at Temple Bar Gallery and Studios in 2016.
