A cream-coloured solander box with a print on the cover containing loose leaf sheets of paper. This portfolio contains 10 poems, each one accompanied by a print. The types of printmaking techniques include woodcut, etching, linocut, lithograph and carborundum print. Also includes a foreword by Maurice Hayes. Printed on Rives BFK 250 gsm paper at the Seacourt Print Workshop. The box was handmade by Elizabeth Ballard.
The poems and the prints are concerned with the cultural differences and identity within Northern Ireland. "These poems, which explore and reflect both the common and different cultural different cultural backgrounds of ten poets from the North of Ireland, acted as a stimulus for ten artists from Seacourt, each of whom has chosen and responded to a poem with which they felt an affinity."
