2 volumes sitting in a yellow card envelope. Made from grey A4 paper machine-sewn together with yellow thread. The book is divided into the four seasons and contains recipes based on local Irish food available at each time of year. The recipes are accompanied by black and white illustrations of people holding fruit and vegetables. 4 loose market menus are included.
