Also includes notes relating to the running of the exhibition itself, and procedures for compiling the catalogue, advertising, closing the exhibition and bringing the exhibition to Belfast e.g. "If possible, when things are a bit quiet during the afternoon, you may be able to count out your float £7.10.0...ready for next session" (p.10).
