Artists of Dublin 8
Join us in the NIVAL Reading Room to find out more about our work in collecting archival materials of local studios, artists and art projects.
On the day you’ll get to see a sample of the materials we hold and how we could support your studies, research project or inspiration for artwork. Try something new!
This is a FREE EVENT but booking is required here.
Wednesday, 6 May 2026, 1pm
NIVAL Reading Room, NCAD
Large and Small Scales in the Archive
Materials from NIVAL’s collections will be displayed and available for attendees to view. NIVAL staff will chat through the items and explain the day-to-day work of the archive.
The idea of ‘scale’ relates to the key festival theme of ‘Gulliver 300’.
This is a FREE EVENT but booking is required here.

We ask that visitors do not bring food or drink into the Reading Room during these sessions.
