Researcher registration

At NIVAL, we are continually working to improve our accessibility and service standards for researchers. When you visit NIVAL to access materials in person, or when you request special access to materials online, we ask you to complete a digital Researcher Registration Form. NIVAL is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and your information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We securely store this data for five years to allow for year-on-year comparisons of the continued improvement of our services. After five years, your data will be deleted. Your information will never be shared with third parties. You retain the right to access, view and edit the information you provide in a timely manner. You retain the right to delete your registration information on request. You retain the right to opt out of future correspondence with NIVAL.
